Facilities at Broadwas Village Hall


With our recently extended hall, we are now able to offer dual use. This means, depending on your needs and event you can book the large hall or our smaller Knightwick meeting room. For those bigger or more private events that require exclusive use, there is still the option to hire the whole venue.

We think you’d agree that our venue makes a perfect choice to host your private, business, or community event. We'll work with you to do all we can to ensure your event is successful.

We offer three distinct hiring options: Main Hall, Knightwick Room, Whole Venue

Hall Facilities

  • Car Park 
  • Offers a open grass space to the front of the hall. 
  • Fully accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. 
  • WiFi will be coming soon; however, the hall has good signal coverage for mobile devices. 
  • As we are doing our best for the environment, included in the hire fee, the hall offers; lighting and primary Air-Sourced heating for all rooms.
  • Additional heating via wall heaters is available and is charged through a £1 coin meter. 
  • Consumption of electricity through wall sockets is also charged via a £1 coin meter.

Main Hall & Shared Kitchen

Capacity: 135 people
Pricing: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

This facility includes our Main Hall and shared use of the kitchen. The main hall makes a perfect venue for any occasion including; birthday and anniversary parties, presentations, large meetings, classes, band practice and catering events. 
The hall offers;
  • a variety of layout options;
  • a music centre with microphone;
  • 79 deluxe comfort seats and an additional 15 all purpose chairs; 
  • 12 large tables, 8 small tables (table extenders and joiners to make an additional 4 large tables, available in store room).
  • The kitchen includes; Two Sinks, Rangemaster Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, Water Boiler, Cups & Mugs, Bowls & Plates & Cutlery.

Knightwick Room & Shared Kitchen

Capacity: 13 people
Pricing: £6.00-£8.00 per hour

This facility includes our Knightwick meeting room and shared use of the kitchen. 

This meeting room is perfect for private and business meetings, providing:
  • seating for up to 13 people (8 directly around the table);
  • a large conference table.
  • The kitchen includes; Two Sinks, Rangemaster Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, Water Boiler, Cups & Mugs, Bowls & Plates & Cutlery.
