Booking details


When it comes to booking and pricing, we like to keep it simple. Simplified: 23/24 Hire Fees & Charges Document

With our new and improved website and booking system you are able to book the hall online easier than ever. During the booking process an account is generated within the system, so you can easily manage and keep on top of your bookings. Through this new system we are excited to announce we will now be taking Online payments for all bookings. This means that payment is more secure and removes the need for cheques or cash. Our fully online process also means we are supporting the paperless initiative, striving further to go green and reduce our impact on the environment.

Don't worry our virtual assistant 'Rachel' is on hand to help support you where needed. If you would like to view the hall our Caretaker is also available for a tour.

Our pricing scheme applies to all our customers. You will be presented with an instant quote when booking online. 

If you are a Charity or Non-Profit, a discounted rate is available. To activate the discounted rate, please select 'Charity or Non-Profit' from the Booking Group drop down menu. You will need to prove a registered Charity Number or a description to support your non-profit status to enable us to authorise the discount.

As a Regular User - users who make repeat bookings, will be able to request bookings up to a year in advance. Payment for bookings will be invoiced on a monthly basis for the month ahead, you will recieve an invoice on the third Monday of the month prior. 

For example, if you have 4 bookings in May, you will be sent an invoice on the 17th April with a request for payment. Payment will be due by the end of April for the booking/s to be confirmed. 
If we do not receive the full amount requested in the invoice, then your booking will not be confirmed and may be cancelled. 

We recommend you check bookings and amend as needed before paying the invoice. If you have made amendments, we will revise the invoice accordingly. Cancellation of a confirmed booking is subject to our terms and conditions, however, you as the customer can amend your provisional bookings as many times as you like. 

We now offer Regular Users publicity and advertising on our website and Facebook page. You can add your activities details to our Activity page by following the instructions in the Help Center. Once logged in click on your name and you will see the 'Help Centre' link on the top righthand side. Help centre | Broadwas Village Hall.

To make a booking please check the availability on the calendar. Simply select the facility from the drop down and click on the day required. Alternatively, just click the 'Request Booking' button on the top of the page.
