Every Friday 9:30am - 1:00pm, Join the Sewing Group for a cuppa, natter and all things sewing and needle craft. 

If you have some knitting to do or a project in hand and want to have a bit of company as your work then this is the perfect group for you. 

No need to book, just turn up. It is £5 per week. 

The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We alternate between a cardio exercise and a strength exercise and so it helps to improve your cardio fitness as well as toning up and strengthening your body. We have upbeat music to help keep us moving.

 Thursday Evening, Join the Competitive Table Tennis Club for a night of laughter and table tennis. 

Whether you are looking for something to keep you fit, or have a laugh and meet new people, they have it covered. 

It is £3 per session to join this friendly group which also includes refreshments.
