Zumba is a dance based cardio fitness class that feels more like a party than an exercise class. 

It's the best way to get through hump day. I have never known anyone leave class without a huge smile on their face. 

Class is suitable for all abilities and anyone over the age of 16. Come along and dance at your own pace. 

Every Friday 9:30am - 1:00pm, Join the Sewing Group for a cuppa, natter and all things sewing and needle craft. 

If you have some knitting to do or a project in hand and want to have a bit of company as your work then this is the perfect group for you. 

No need to book, just turn up. It is £5 per week.

Every Thursday Evening, Join the Competitive Table Tennis Club for a night of laughter and table tennis. 

Whether you are looking for something to keep you fit, or have a laugh and meet new people, they have it covered. 

It is £3 per session to join this friendly group which also includes refreshments. Bookings are run via email. For more information contact Chris - cjc1038@icloud.com. 

The group regularly has mini tournaments and plays in local competitions.
