🎅 Santa’s Grotto Booking Info 

How To Book Your Grotto Tickets? 

1. Select the Primary Ticket for the time you would like your slot. All slots are 10 minutes and we recommend no more than 4-5 children per slot. If you would like a large group to go in then we recommend selecting an additional Primary Ticket. Please note - for an uninterrupted session please make sure the slot you select falls directly before or after your first. 
2. Select the Additional Tickets for the children accompanying the primary ticket holder. 
3. After you have finished selecting you will be asked to enter a phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. 
4. Once you have finished, click Submit Order' and you will then be asked to pay for your tickets up front via the PayPal payment link. You can use your PayPal account to pay or alternatively use a credit or debit card. 
5. If you fail to pay then your time slot will be released for others to book. 
6. One you have paid and have your confirmation email, please reply to the email. It is important you email broadwasvillagehall@outlook.com so we can ensure Santa knows the names of the children to keep the magic alive. 

• Please include the child/children's first name, age(s) and the session time for the Primary Ticket.  

ON THE DAY 

• We recommend getting to the Grotto a few minutes early so that your slot can start promptly. Please have your tickets ready (printed or via phone) to show the Elves who will tick you off the Good List before you enter. 
• When seeing Santa there is a small chair for children to sit on if they do not want to stand. Our Santa is DBS checked. 
• Please take as many photos in the Grotto as you would like. 
• Time is limited so if you are running late and miss your slot, we will try our best to find another to 'fit you in', however, we cannot guarantee this.
• We apologise in advance if we do run slightly late, however, we will always ensure everyone who is booked in gets to see Santa.
