Selecting a booking group helps the system find appropriate time slots for this booking and estimate the price. Don't worry if you select the wrong group - your booking request will be reviewed and corrected by a member of staff if necessary.

Registration
To make a booking, users must register with our booking system. Once registered, you can:
- View and manage your bookings.
- Quickly add new bookings.
- Access invoices issued to you.
Booking Request
To request a booking, complete the Booking Request Form on this page. Our admin team will:
- Review your request.
- Confirm the price and availability of your chosen date and services.
- Respond with any booking details and/or your invoice which will include your payment link.
Please Note - Once you submit a Provisional Booking, your chosen date and time are secured, as our system prevents double bookings. Please get in touch for urgent timeframes.
Booking Confirmation
Once your Booking Request Form has been reviewed and payment has been received, your booking will be officially confirmed.
At this stage, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with the details of your hire.
- Any relevant documents, including terms of hire and hall guidelines.
- Access to any additional services you have requested, such as cleaning or bar facilities.
Your booking is now secured, and you’re ready to host your event at Broadwas Village Hall!

Important Information:
Once you submit a Provisional Booking, your chosen date and time are secured, as our system prevents double bookings.
If you need to make payment urgently or require formal confirmation within a short timeframe, please email us or submit an enquiry form, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
As a small charity run by volunteers, we aim to respond within 2-3 working days, with priority given to urgent enquiries.

Payment Terms
- Full Payment is required before the Hire Period, as detailed in the Booking Request Form and invoices.
- Provisional Bookings remain unconfirmed until payment is received.
- If payment is not made and the invoice becomes overdue, the Village Hall will terminate the agreement, and your booking will be cancelled.
- Only Confirmed Bookings have authorisation to use the venue.
The Booking Request Form, alongside the Terms and Conditions, forms a legally binding agreement between Broadwas Village Hall and the Hirer.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Confirmed Bookings
- If a Hirer needs to cancel a Confirmed Booking, the Village Hall requires at least two calendar weeks’ notice before the event to issue a full refund.
- For cancellations made within two calendar weeks of the event, a 50% refund will be provided, unless the Hirer chooses to receive a credit note, in which case the full amount will be credited to their account.
Provisional Bookings
- Hirers can cancel a Provisional Booking directly through their Hirer account via the booking system.
This policy ensures fairness while supporting the management of our community space.
